Trobar (meaning “to find” in Catalan) was born as the physical extension of trobat.co (meaning “found”), an online shop featuring collectible works by 35 emerging international artists. At Trobar, these pieces are brought to life not only through exhibition but also through everyday use: from the ceramics on your table to the lighting above, every element has been thoughtfully designed or handmade by trobat’s artists and collaborators. Guests are invited to eat, drink, and discover a rotating selection of artworks, design objects, and furniture, all available for immediate purchase or global delivery. Trobar’s cocktail list is expansive and seasonally curated, crafted with fresh, sustainably minded ingredients. Many of the herbs including lavender, basil, mint, rosemary, and salvia along with figs, citrus fruits, and other garnishes, are grown on Trobar’s own farm, just five minutes away. Syrups, sodas, and aromatic infusions are made in house using these homegrown ingredients, while everything else is sourced from local Mallorcan farmers and artisans. Try the ‘Green Smoke’, a mezcal-based cocktail with summery freshness and subtle herbal depth or one of many non-alcoholic coktails. One stand out is Midnight Velvet, a zero alcohol twist on an espresso martini, topped with a homemade chocolate bark crafted entirely in house.
