Trobar is a gastro-gallery, a three-level concept space that blends a bar, restaurant, art gallery, and curated shop into one immersive experience. Trobar spans three levels: Trobar rooftop–an alfresco dining and drinking experience under the stars, Trobar gastronomy–the vibrant street-level restaurant and bar, and Trobasement–a moody, late-night underground cocktail and tequila lounge. Trobar embraces the warmth and conviviality of Italian family-style dining, fused with touches of Mallorcan heritage. The menu is a spread of small Italian plates designed for sharing, with recipes from their Italian nonna’s kitchen. The menu includes a selection of vegetarian and gluten-friendly dishes, alongside thoughtfully prepared seafood and meat.
