SOLU FARM

SOLU FARM

Solu Farm, located in a scenic valley at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains in Alaró, is a pioneering regenerative farm-to-table project on Mallorca. Spanning three hectares of beautiful countryside, this smallholding focuses on land stewardship, long-term soil health and biodiversity. At the heart of the project is a vibrant 2,000 sqm biointensive vegetable garden growing local, heirloom and unusual varieties chosen for their rich flavour. The property also features a regenerating vineyard dedicated to natural wine alongside an agroforestry food forest with over 400 planted trees including fruit, nut, citrus varieties and on-site beehives producing seasonal, small-batch honey. Solu serves as a community hub offering unique outdoor experiences. Every Thursday from 10:00 to 16:00, visitors can join the Open Farm Day to explore and buy fresh produce, wine and honey directly from the farm stand. Gastronomy is central to the farm's identity. Solu hosts regular Garden Experiences - a guided tour followed by an elevated communal field-to-table dining experience in the garden, featuring a seasonal tasting menu cooked over an open wood fire. The international team also organises casual Farm Bistro days, hands-on cooking classes, and sundowner picnics. Solu is available for custom private events and boutique catering services across the island. It is the perfect place for people who care about good food, wine and company.
